The backyard including the pool and hot tub requires quiet hours under pacific beach noise ordinance after 7pm. ⸻ No Parties or Events This is a luxury residential property and parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless approved by management. Unauthorized events will result in: • Immediate termination of your stay • Removal from the property without refund • Additional fees for damages or disturbances ⸻ Parking • Please park only in designated areas. • Do not block driveways or neighboring homes. • Street parking must follow local city regulations. ⸻ Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. ***This INCLUDES ALL OUTDOOR SPACES*** Smoking is not allowed in the backyard or on the outer decks.
